Our Story

A small oven, a big neighborhood

Tidewater Loaves started as a single countertop mixer and a two-loaf-a-day habit. Today we still bake in small batches, using slow fermentation and local flour, so every loaf, croissant, and sticky bun comes out of the oven the way it should — a little different every day, always made by hand. Stop in for a warm loaf, a coffee, and a place to sit by the window.
